Harlam Day Camp is an incredible and unique Jewish camp experience for campers entering kindergarten through 8th grade. Here, lifelong friends are made, challenges are overcome, songs are sung, lessons are learned, fun is had by at all, and together we build a community that lasts far longer than the summer. Our fully developed program is designed to make sure that every camper has the time of their life.
At Harlam Day Camp all campers are divided into units based on their age. Camp is then further divided into both Junior and Senior Camp. Our youngest age groups (rising kindergarten through 3rd grade) make up Junior Camp and our older units (rising 4th through 8th grade) make up Senior Camp. Although we often come together as one camp community, this separation helps make camp feel a little bit smaller and allows us to better provide age appropriate programs. Senior Campers often go on different field trips, experience more intensive programming, and have opportunities throughout the summer to campout at Camp Harlam, our partner resident camp in the Poconos.
Harlam Day Camp is an open and inclusive community, sensitive to the needs of interfaith families. All of our staff is highly trained and dedicated to the spiritual, physical, social and psychological well-being of each child.
The mission of Harlam Day Camp is to create a vibrant, fun and caring camp community which enriches and strengthens Reform Jewish identity and values while cultivating lifelong friendships.
