Our mishlachat, Tal and Chen, taught everyone at HDC how to make an authentic Israeli salad. Here’s the recipe for you to enjoy at home!
3 cucumbers – melafafone
3 tomatoes – agvaniah
1 onion- beztal
Olive oil – shemen zayit
Lemon juice – mitzs limon
Salt and pepper- malach & pilpel
- Wash all the vegetables.
- Cut veggies into very small pieces, put into large bowl.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste in small bowl.
Pour the dressing into the salad and there you go, an Israeli salad!
