Come join us in Kunkletown on Sunday, August 11, 2019 for what promises to be an unforgettable day of reconnecting with old friends in your summer home. Alumni will get to enjoy camp activities and facilities, reconnect with camp friends, learn about what’s new at Harlam, and can participate in our memorial service to honor those alumni who have passed.
We are asking all visitors to make a minimum contribution of $36 per adult to the Mitch Perlmeter Scholarship Fund. Your registration will be complete once you have made this contribution.

- Those interested in camp tours – “What’s New at Camp” tour and Prospective Camper Family Tour – should plan to arrive by 9:30am. Please RSVP for these tours by emailing Rachel Steinberg, Assistant Director, at RSteinberg@URJ.org
- Friends of camp alum Erin Grant are invited for a memorial ceremony in her honor, and the dedication of “Erin’s Happy Place” – the platform located in the K’far Noar village – at 1:00 PM
- CITs of 2009 will be honored on the 10th anniversary of their CIT summer at a ceremony at 12:30 with all of camp, and are invited to participate in a program with the Gesher 2019 participants at 2:00 PM that will focus on how camp has impacted their lives, relationships, careers, and more
We hope you’ll take advantage of the camp activities planned for the afternoon. If you would like to tie-dye, please bring something white (white shirts will also be available for purchase). Please wear closed-toed shoes if you are doing the Zip Line, Swing, or Tower, and a bathing suit if you plan to swim.
As a reminder, only alumni who are 18 years of age or older or have graduated from high school are permitted to attend Alumni Day (unless you are attending with a parent/guardian who is an alum of camp). Regretfully, we cannot allow any other attendees who do not meet these criteria to be admitted. If you are bringing a child with you who is of camper age, they must remain with you throughout the day and cannot wander around camp without a parent/guardian.
We work hard to create opportunities for guests to visit, but above all else, we do not want to disrupt the experience for our current campers. Camp will be running on a normal daily schedule during Alumni Day and while we welcome campers with alumni parents to join their parents for lunch, we aim for minimal disruptions. After lunch, please help us to make sure that your campers return to their unit so that both programs can continue smoothly.
Please email Lisa David at LDavid@URJ.org with any further questions.
