HOW TO REGISTER USING CAMPINTOUCH
CampInTouch is our secure registration system. You must complete the registration process in one session. It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You will not be able to save and restart an online application later.
Before you begin, make sure you:
- Have your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover if paying online
- Know the session(s) you want to register for

RETURNING FAMILIESYou already have a CampInTouch account if you registered for camp in 2017, viewed summer 2017 pictures, or sent camper emails. Use your CampInTouch login to register a new camper or a returning camper. (If you don’t remember your login, click “Retrieve/SetPassword” on the login page to recover it.)
NEW FAMILIESClick the 'Begin your Application' button – and then create a new account with your email and a password of your choice.
Please make sure to save your login information for future use!
After registering your first child and reach the final “Application Submitted” screen, click the “Begin New Application” link. All the information for your first child will be saved as you begin the application for your next child.
Harlam Day Camp families will receive a $100 credit for their second child enrolled at Harlam Day Camp. For families with children enrolled in both Camp Harlam and Harlam Day Camp, families will receive a $150 credit for their second child enrolled for 2018 at Camp Harlam and a $250 credit for each additional child enrolled at Camp Harlam. Each additional child enrolled at Harlam Day Camp will get a $100 credit.
The application will assign the person completing the online form as “Primary” parent/guardian and this person will have the main login for the account. You can add additional parents/guardian contact information and email addresses to the account, but the camp will consider the “Primary” person as the main point of contact by default. When creating your login and setting up your account, please include all custodial parents to accurately reflect your family’s household(s). All parents listed in Household 1 will receive communications from camp and access to forms, summer photos, and financial information. Parent 1 listed in Household 2 will also have access to forms and emails from camp, but will not have access to financial information.
Paying a Deposit: You will need to pay a $500 deposit per session per child. We can process Visa, Mastercard, or Discover payments, or you can pay via check. We cannot confirm your child's enrollment until we have received the deposit check.
Paying Summer Balance: All fees are due by May 1, 2019. To assist in paying your camp balance in a timely fashion, we offer multiple payment options to best suit your needs. The payment plans are as follows:
Monthly Installment Plan: By selecting this option, I agree to have my credit card charged monthly (on or about the 1st of the month) beginning the month following enrollment through May, 1 2019. The amount charged will be the balance on the account divided by the number of installments remaining.
Payment by Check: By selecting this option, I agree to submit payment in the amount of $1500/session/camper by February 1st (for enrollment after Feb 1st, you will be invoiced immediately $1500 and the remaining balance will be due by May 1, 2019). Checks can be mailed to 301 City Ave., Suite 110, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
Please note that communications sent from or through CampInTouch to Gmail email addresses often get filtered to a spam folder. Please check your spam folder following registration if you do not receive a confirmation of enrollment. If you still have not received an email, please give the office a call.
You will be contacted by our office within three to five business days.
