The Athletics Department has had a great summer so far. Clinics have been running smoothly and campers have had lots of opportunities to learn new skills and develop their current skills, in a fun and safe way! We have tried some different activities in rec athletics to add some more variety to campers schedules. This session they have played kickball, flag football, dodgeball and disc golf as part of this program.

Campers have also had the opportunity to take part in some special clinics run by guests to camp. Soccer player Maddy Evans came to camp and lead clinics for campers in Sharon, Carmel, Kineret, Arava and Galil. The campers took part in a wide variety of drills to enhance their skills and played lots of fun games too! Next week we will have another guest, Elliot Eiseman, who will be running some basketball clinics for campers in every unit.

On Friday August 9th, Pinemere came to camp for the final Pinemere games of the summer. Campers from Arava and K’far Noar competed in soccer, basketball and softball. Everyone was very excited to take part and to bring back the Gluck Miner Cup!
