It’s been another fun filled week at camp. The weather has been perfect and we are excited to enjoy our last week of camp together!

Carmel: Carmel had a great week! We took a trip to Dorney Park, had a Carmel campfire with S’mores, had some fantastic bunk bonding during the rain storm, and continued to just enjoy the everyday fun activities at camp. We are so looking forward to Color War and soaking in every second of the session.

Sharon: Sharon had a blast at Dorney! We enjoyed watching our CITs in the variety show. And had some s’winter fun during evening program time. Next week we are looking forward to color war and the banquet.

Kineret: This has been a truly awesome week in Kineret! We got to watch the CITs perform their hilarious Variety show, dance at our second-ever Rak Dan, and experience a really awesome Israel Night led by our mishlachat. We had so much fun at Dorney Park on Monday, from the Talon to the lazy river to the mountains and mountains of Crab Fries. We can’t believe we only have a week left – hope we don’t have any more crazy thunderstorms!

Arava: We had a great week in Arava! We had an awesome time on rollercoasters and water rides at Hershey and enjoyed a delicious food tour evening program. We also had a great time doing some bunk bonding this week. We can’t wait for Maccabiah and spending the last week with all of our friends!

Galil: Due to weather complications the traditional Galil hikes were cancelled. Instead, we had a cook out the night before making pita and s’mores. The next day we hiked as a unit. We lead services on the theme of Binah, seeking meaning Saturday morning. We’re so excited for Karaoke night tonight and Maccabiah later in the week!

K’Far Noar: We had a blast going to New York City! We went to the Museum of Illusions, had a walking tour of Greenwich Village, walked on the Vessel, and saw the broadway show The Prom! These two days of traveling really brought the whole unit together. We also had a great time watching the CIT variety show and having our own talent show. We finished off our week with dancing our hearts out at Rak Dan and enjoying the sun.

Chavurah: Chavurah had an incredible week! The highlight was undoubtedly the DC trip. We loved seeing museums, eating yummy food and going shopping in the city. We came back to a week filled of adventure, arts and beautiful weather. We can’t wait for our final week as campers.

Gesher: It was a busy week for Gesher! We loved performing for all of camp in the annual CIT Variety Show! The next day we went on our Gesher Day Off! We saw a movie, had lunch at Platz’s and then we we roller blading. The CITs have done a fabulous job planning and running programs for each unit. We are looking forward to Maccabiah and the closing banquet.
