Welcome Home!

Our campers all heard these words countless times the other day when they arrived at camp. In past summers, we may have taken these words for granted, as we expected we would always be able to come back home. When we weren’t able to return to our home last summer, we realized how powerful and important Welcome Home truly is.

Throughout this past year, the phrase Welcome Home gave us hope for what was to come. Welcome Home creates a safe place for us to exist away from our lives during the year. year, Welcome Home is more powerful than ever because of our inability to all be together in 2020. Our challenge to you, our campers, this summer is to make Harlam a home for everyone and to make it an inclusive and loving environment to learn and grow in summer after summer.

We are so excited to have you all here to reconnect with your friends and counselors and help bring life and love back into this place we call home.

Welcome Home and Shabbat Shalom!
