At Camp Harlam we work to provide our campers with an incredible summer and our rates reflect the experience we prioritize for our Camp Harlam families. Our all-inclusive rates include:
- Weekly laundry services
- Day trips out of camp
- In-camp carnivals and special events
- Canteen and special snacks
- Complimentary pool and lake towel service
- Optional bus transportation offered from central locations throughout our region
Rates listed do not include trip spending money, medication fees, or luggage service.
We’re proud to help approximately 30% of our families find financial support through Camp Harlam scholarship, congregational efforts, or local federations to help make summer affordable for their children. To learn more about these opportunities, visit our Financial Assistance page.

*As a first-time camper, you can apply for the $1,000 One Happy Camper Incentive Grant ($700 for Rishonim campers) at onehappycamper.org. You will be charged full amount, and the $1,000 credit will be applied shortly after you receive the grant.
Please note that some areas, including Greater Philadelphia and Metro West, offer a smaller grant if your family has received a One Happy Camper grant in the past.

Full Season Option
If you are interested in having a child attend camp for both the First and Second Sessions (each session is 3½ weeks) please select ONLY the “Full Season” check box when enrolling. Last year, approximately 20% of Camp Harlam campers attended camp for the full summer. The Full Season price is inclusive of an intersession program with a Visiting Day for families.
Special Sibling Discount
Camp Harlam families will receive a $150 credit for their second child enrolled for 2024 at Camp Harlam. Each additional child enrolled in Camp Harlam will receive a $250 credit.
Additionally, through the generosity of the Weidhorn Family Foundation, a $1,000,000 endowment for scholarship has been established at Camp Harlam. This will allow us to begin awarding special Weidhorn Scholarship Program awards to families with 2, 3, 4 or 5 children at camp. No special form needs to be completed; families interested in being considered for this program will self-identify through the online Financial Assistance application and acceptance in the Weidhorn Scholarship Program will occur during Camp Harlam’s Scholarship Committee review process.
Payment Plan Options
Payments may be made by E-check, Debit Card (both without surcharge), and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). A non-refundable 2.75% credit card processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. There is a $500 deposit due upon registration. Families can then opt to pay in three installments, monthly, or in full. Click here for more information about payment options for summer.
