Act with Your Heart in a Big Way
So, Camp Harlam, we want to ask you to act with your heart in a big way and pass along this incredible gift. Give out some free hugs (if you’re comfortable), celebrate people’s achievements, and lend a helping hand– even if it may seem less natural. Bring your thoughtfulness, compassion, and care back to the rest of your life and make the world a better place.

A Hole in One!

Complete with 10 holes (the first hole is a practice hole for those new to the sport), each representing one element of camp, he had a cleverly designed and color-coded map. The attention to detail was remarkable, and my favorite hole was the one designed around a miniature Chapel on the Hill.

Our Time Here at Camp is Ours
Our time here at camp is ours. And what we do with that time and how we embrace this awesome opportunity is left to each of us to decide. It’s personal, and there truly is no right or wrong.
What’s New in Chugim (Arts) for 2019
Artistic expression is so important to children and the ability to let their creativity grow is shown in a number of activities and enables so many of our campers to express themselves in ways which outside of camp they may not be able to do.
Two Camps, Two Homes
Two camps, two homes, so many shared values and traditions. This is what Harlam and Newman provide for my family. I trust this is what all of our URJ camps provide for all our families.
